SASR 100 ounce bars

Has anybody ever seen or heard of bars marked "SASR"?
They are approximately 100 ounces, plus or minus about 5 ounces with the exact weight stamped followed by "T.O. .999 FINE"
The dealer said he thought it meant "San Antonio Strategic Reserve" and the T.O. meant troy ounces.

The bars are cast like some of the JM bars, only a little longer and skinnier.

Would these bars be considered Comex acceptable?

At 6.88 per ounce they look like a buy.

Don't know anything about them.....but if they check out to be legit, I like to get a few at that price!!!

That is a fine idea----- but i always thought good comex bars were always approx. 1000 oz. and not 100 oz----maybe i am wrong ---and would like to know
